The way you saw yourself once — before life got busy, before the mirror got unkind, before "I'll get photographed when I lose weight / sort my hair out / feel more like myself" became the plan that never quite happens.

One mission​

I've been a portrait photographer for over 10 years, working with women across Cambridgeshire and beyond. And in that time, I've heard almost every woman who walks into a session with me say some version of the same thing:

"I'm not really photogenic." "I don't usually like photos of myself." "I'm only doing this for someone else."

And almost every single time, by the end of the session, something shifts. You catch a glimpse of yourself on the back of the camera and go quiet for a second.

That moment — that's the whole job, really. Everything else is just lighting and timing.

From the moment you enquire, I'll take time to get to know a little of your story — what you're hoping to feel, what you're nervous about, what you'd love to walk away with. On the day, I'll guide you through every pose and expression in a way that feels natural, not performative. Because the best portraits don't just show what you look like. They show who you are.

A note on where I've been

If you've looked me up, you might notice I went quiet for a few years. Life happens — and for a while, mine needed my full attention elsewhere. But the camera always calls you back. I missed this work — missed watching women remember something about themselves they'd forgotten. So I'm here, doing what I love, with more depth and care than ever before.
